Paws of Courage originally Battle Buddies Florida, Inc. was established to help veterans and first responders with PTSD by supplying service dogs to them using rescue dogs from local shelters and animal rescue groups.
There is NEVER any cost to a veteran or first responder to be part of our program.
We pay all adoption fees for the dogs we give them and all of the training through public access.
We also give them a 30 lb bag of ProPlan dog food, bowls, toys, treats, leash, collar, a service dog in training vest and 6 months of heartworm & flea.
